Families are warmly welcomed at St MJ's, both on Sundays and throughout the week. We aim to build a supportive community for parents and carers while creating a fun and engaging environment where children can make friends, grow, and thrive.
On Sundays, our kids and youth sessions run during the 10:30am service at St MJ's, and we have a space for young babies to crawl around and play.
The sessions include time for free play, crafts, storytime, praying together, and fun games. We want to see children and families at St MJ's flourish in their relationship with Jesus, growing in their understanding of Him and learning to share His love with their friends and communities.
If you have any questions about what it looks like to be a part of St MJ's as a family, get in touch.
We welcome children and young people with additional needs. Please email us if you have any questions about coming along on a Sunday.
Playgroup meets every Friday from 9:30am-12pm (during school term) in the Neave Room. Each week we have different activities for the kids and barista coffee, tea, and biscuits for the adults. Playgroup is a space for carers/parents and their kids to connect and build friendships.
We are open to all preschoolers, their caregivers and family members in a caring, supportive Christian-based environment where Church membership is not necessary. With a range of activities and experiences each week, parents can enjoy a safe environment for their children and connect with other adults. Morning tea is provided. Donation appreciated. We are a Ministry of Education-certified playground.
The Playgroup is run by an amazing team of volunteers who are passionate about providing a space for children and caregivers to connect with others.
